We will be having a pause of wedding receptions on our site next year and are therefore not taking any bookings or tours for 2026. This decision will be reviewed in Spring 2026 so please check our website again then for future updates such as when we will be taking enquiries for the 2027 season.

In late 2024 it was decided that all our business ventures should be run through a company, registered separately to the school.

In December 2024 Oakfield Ventures was registered as a private company limited by guarantee.

We are pleased to report that Oakfield Gardens & Events is now part of Oakfield Ventures!

While this has changed, our venue and our purpose has not, with all profits made from the wedding receptions or other events being donated to The River School, Worcester Christian Education Trust. [Registered charity no: 1171394]

Oakfield Gardens & Events was established by The River School in 2021, as a way to bring in some additional income for the School.

We brought in Pete Graham to set things up and all the wonderful wedding photos and videos you see on our website and socials are from the wedding receptions and connections that he made. We are so grateful for all his hard work!

Pete moved on to a different line of work in early 2024 and since then we have been a bit quiet, but don’t worry, we are still here!
